Tucked beneath one of the largest pine trees on our 35+ acre property, the Pine Perch is a modern, custom architect-designed cabin. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. Premium finishes and thoughtful touches make every moment feel elevated, comfortable, and effortless.
An expansive accordion door opens fully to a massive 500-square-foot private balcony, where an all-glass front preserves uninterrupted views of the surrounding property. Complete with a fire pit, lounge chairs, and a covered outdoor bed, the balcony invites year-round relaxation beneath the trees.
